What can a Notary Public do?

Notaries Public in British Columbia practice law in very specific fields mandated by the BC Notaries Act.  For more details you can click here.

Essentially, we take affidavits, register documents with government registries and provide legal advice in our areas of practice, which are all non-contentious.  That means that we do not get involved in civil, criminal or family law.

In areas where Dale is not allowed to act, Lyle has named him (and also Chelsea) as his designated paralegals, authorized to speak for him under Lyle’s supervision.
