Lyle or Dale will be happy to meet with you to discuss your wishes and to prepare a legally valid document for you. You will need to do a bit of homework in advance. When we meet, you will need to know names and addresses of members of your family and who you would like to have act as your Trustee (Executor) and Guardian (if necessary).
The person you wish to appoint as your Trustee should be a person who you trust, is honest, is an adult, is capable of doing the work involved and will likely be available when needed. Your Trustee need not be a family member. Dale can act as Trustee for his clients for a fee.

Occasionally people will want Dale or Lyle to “notarize” the will that they have prepared themselves. Unfortunately that is not a service we offer. As legal professionals, both Dale and Lyle become liable for the contents of a will which they witness.
