Property Sale- $500 including my fees, taxes & Land Title charges and related disbursements.
The cost to remove any existing mortgage(s) is $200 each, including fees, taxes and charges.

Property Purchase without a Mortgage- $850 including my fees, taxes & Land Title charges and related disbursements.  There can be an additonal charge, if you are buying a strata titled property, from the strata corporation or strata manager for suppling strata documents.

Property Purchase with a Mortgage-  $1,250 including my fees, taxes & Land Title charges and related disbursements.  There can be additional charges for title insurance, paying debts and supplied strata documents.  Also, some property insurers charge a fee for supplying a copy of your insurance policy.

New Mortgage- $650 including my fees, taxes & Land Title charges and related disbursements.  The cost to remove any existing mortgage(s) is $200 each, including fees, taxes and charges.  There can be additional charges for title insurance, paying debts and supplied strata documents.

Paying out debts that are not on title require that you supply us with a current statement for the debt, including the address for payment and the full account number.  Cost for this service is $75 per payout (including fees, disbursements and taxes).

There is an extra charge for transactions that have to be completed very quickly (we have to pay overtime to get those done), to change dates on a transaction where we have to redo or re-sign documents or where we have to send documents to another city, province or country for signing.
